2025 Jr. Maroons Football

What: Jr. Maroons Football– this is a competitive tackle football program to learn the sport of football and develop players as student-athletes. Working with Moline High School for future football development.

Who: Students in 3^rd through 6^th grade in 2025-26 school year. Practice and games are divided into a 3^rd-4^th and a 5^th-6^th division. Games will be played against other teams that include UT, Rock Island and Alleman.

When: Practices typically begin the first week of August. Time and location information will be made available closer to the season start date.

Games are played on Saturdays late August through October. (no games Labor Day Weekend).

Cost: $150.00. Jr. Maroons Football provides the following equipment: helmet, shoulder pad, football pants with pads, a mouthpiece, and a game jersey. All of this equipment (except the mouthpiece), including game jerseys, will be returned at the end of the season. Practice jerseys will be provided and the players will keep those at the end of the season.

Why: To help participants become student-athletes, gain confidence, have fun, learn teamwork through hard work and dedication in a football program.

Codes of Conduct(CoC)

In each season, all athletes, parents/guardians referred to as members, and coaches are required to review and agree with their respective CoC. Failure to sign and return the CoC can result in the termination of the non-compliant party's involvement in the program. The CoC are listed below for review. They shall be reviewed and updated in the offseason.
